We have been very happy in our decision to hire the Lawn Doctor. Our lawn was hurting and we had dead spots in it and corners that were not healthy. We also had bugs that we couldn’t control and we tried 100 different things before we finally called the Lawn Doctor. The Lawn Doctor came in and started treating our lawn and things started to improve immediately. It took a couple years to get the Lawn really dialed in because it was in such bad shape but now it looks amazing. The office staff communicate exceptionally well to let us know when they’re coming, if there’s billing questions, if we want additional treatments, and anything we need to do to make our lawn the envy of the neighborhood. I definitely recommend them to anyone that is looking to have the greenest lawn in the neighborhood. ~ Sean C

Mara is an amazing, client-focused person. She responds courteously and consistently. There's always an open line of communication and she listens and explains whenever there are questions or concers. Absolutely phenomenal customer service. Aaron and Elijah have both visited us. Aaron was extremely helpful and informative about the weeding process, and gave us a lot of insight as well as helpful tips and tricks on maintaining our lawn and ensuring we were getting enough water. Elijah just came out yesterday to do the aeration and was quick and effective. He made sure to get everything, even without us being home. We have used a competitors service since our lawn was first established (5 years ago). The conditions of the grass have slowly degraded the since the initial couple years with more weeds and bare spots appearing. We hired the Lawn Doctor this spring and the lawn has really taken off (even with the hot spells early on). The majority of it is looking so much better it’s highlighted the areas that need attention (poor sprinkler coverage). Now we can address those small localized areas that have blended in with the rest of the yard that has been struggling more and more and we have cut our watering by at least 1/3 over last year. ~ Country L

Great people to work with very understanding. My lawn was a disaster and that’s with me trying to lay down fertilizer under another lawn program. It wasn’t. Enough so with the full season with Lawn Doctor Running a program it’s amazing how my lawn that is about 18,000 ft.² came back with fullness and color. We were having a wedding in October in our yard and the lawn. Doctor helped us to be ready for it by receiving on time so when the wedding came around, the grass was nice and thick and dark green. Highly recommend Lawn Doctor to keep your lawn looking great. Mara and the team are great communicators. Their prices are very competitive and they don't lock you into a contract. They were highly recommended to me by the guys who hydroseeded my property. Anytime I had an issue with weeds, they promptly came out and fixed the issue. Was very happy with their services. Elijah performed my lawn aeration and overseed this year. He did a perfect job! I had some marked areas that are being converted to xeriscape and he was very careful to aerate and seed around these areas. I was a bit worried about being away for this and could not have been more pleased when I returned home and saw the results! Matthew did an excellent job. He notified me when he was on his way, explained to me what he would be doing this visit and shared any concerns or issues he needed addressed. He walked the site with me to discuss and then proceeded and finished in a timely manner. Upon completion, he secured the gates and advised me of the notes he was entering into the account. Lawn Doctor is extremely reasonably priced, probably the cheapest in the valley They are consistent and do a wonderful job with communicating when your next service will be and promoting other services they offer and it's something you don't want or need they are upfront and honest and honest about it and there are no contracts you just pay for what you need. We started using Lawn Doctor this year, and so far our service has been great. Elijah came out to our house the other day to aerate our lawn, and he did a great job. Our backyard is tricky to access because of a broken gate, but he was able to overcome that obstacle to get our lawn taken care of. My lawn had lots of weeds and was looking pretty shabby. I got the Lawn Doctor service, the weeds died within 7-8 days after treatment, and the grass really started to green up! I’m really pleased with the way Lawn Doctor communicates with me, giving me tips on how to maintain the health of my lawn in between treatments, and noting any areas I need to pay attention to, such as dry areas that may need additional watering. ~ Ben R

I have been using Lawn Doctor for the past 3 years. When I first moved into my house the prior tenants did not take care of the yard, it was mainly weeds. Lawn Doctor rescued our lawn. We had inadvertently killed some of the grass by leaving a tarp on it too long. Lawn Doctor was able to fill in that area and the rest of the lawn with their seed planting machine and now we have a carpet of green.
